With the recent identification of three MacPherson blocks for the Selective En Bloc Redevelopment Scheme (SERS), you may be curious to find out more about such a scheme, especially with the strict selection criteria.

What is SERS and how is the process like? The Selective En Bloc Redevelopment Scheme is a scheme that renews older housing estates, allowing existing occupants to move to a new home with a new 99-year lease. Existing occupants will also be given compensation and rehousing benefits.
